ATR's history is rooted in commercial work. We support general contractors, facility teams, property managers, and other project stakeholders with flooring scopes designed around real schedules and operating environments.
For commercial clients, our capabilities cover the layers beneath the finished floor as well as the finish itself. That gives facilities, contractors, and property teams one coordinated partner for underlayment, moisture mitigation, concrete work, coatings, tile, carpet, resilient flooring, and wood flooring.
Residential services focus on the concrete beneath the floor: adhesive removal, repair, leveling, surface preparation, moisture mitigation, resurfacing, and coatings. ATR does not install carpet, tile, LVP, wood, or other finished flooring in residential homes. Commercial flooring remains ATR's primary focus.
