ATR Concrete Technologies restored a 15,000 sq ft warehouse floor in the Normandale Lake area of Bloomington. The existing slab showed significant cracking, surface deterioration, and coating adhesion failures after decades of forklift traffic and chemical exposure.

The scope included chemistry-driven surface preparation to remove failing coatings, structural crack repair, and moisture vapor testing. All work was performed while the facility remained operational — no shutdown required.

A high-performance protective coating system was applied over the restored substrate. The chemistry-first surface preparation ensured proper adhesion and eliminated airborne silica dust, keeping the warehouse safe for workers throughout the project.
